The Inn at Bay Harbor in Petoskey, MI, has quickly become one of my favorite venues, and it’s easy to see why! With its breathtaking views of Lake Michigan, charming white cottages, and impeccable landscaping, it creates the most picturesque setting for a wedding.

Summer and Ryan’s wedding day was brimming with joy and excitement from start to finish. One of the sweetest highlights was watching Summer’s nieces, who were all flower girls, completely light up with excitement. They treated Summer like a real-life princess, and their enthusiasm was absolutely heartwarming.

Opting not to have a bridal party made the morning feel especially intimate and meaningful, allowing Summer and Ryan to savor those quiet, special moments together before the celebration began. I loved having the extra time to focus on their bride and groom portraits, knowing how much those photos meant to them. Exploring the Inn at Bay Harbor’s grounds with them was truly one of the most enjoyable parts of the day for me!

The ceremony was absolutely beautiful and filled with florals that perfectly complemented the serene beauty of Lake Michigan. And just when we thought the weather might interfere, the rain stopped just in time for their outdoor ceremony—a true dream come true for Summer and Ryan.

It was an honor to be part of such a special day!!
